I am excited and honored to have our work featured in the September 2018 Oak Ridge National Lab story tips. This is the first result demonstrating the ability to directly position single subsurface dopants in a 3D crystal, helping position the scanning transmission electron microscope as a tool for quantum scale device fabrication. Having out work highlighted by the lab demonstrates the impact and importance of this result. Thank you to the team of researchers who made this possible.
